The Guyu Festival, also known as the Fishermen's Day, is a grand festival comparable to the Spring Festival for the small coastal city of Rongcheng.

* Worship the temple

As a large fishery company, the leaders and employees of the Bodrum Group came to the Sea God Empress Temple early in the morning and put on three offerings, flowering glutinous rice cakes, fruit and pastries... everyone burned incense and prayed, bowed to the empress and prayed. * Sacrifice to the sea

Afterwards, everyone gathered at the company wharf and held a grand sea worship event. Everyone set up the incense table, presented the offerings, bowed in front of the sea, and made sacrifices to the sea god. Then we took the boat to deliver the sacrifices to the sea, thanking the sea for its gift to us, and also praying for the smooth operation of the sea in the new year.
